The Shandong Xinhexin HE series Mikexin synchronous control system is divided into five models: single-screw/ double-layer co-extrusion/triple-layer co-extrusion/five- layer co-extrusion/seven-layer co-extrusion, which can realize the linkage control of the host/traction/winding,
automatically control the output of one to seven hosts, and display the ratio between each layer in real-time. The production capacity of each layer can be customized according to customer needs. It can automatically control one to twelve tractions for synchronous control, and each traction has its own fine-tuning function to adjust thetension force freely.
The screen can be personalized according to customer requirements. The product weight data can be obtained on the screen after starting up, shortening the start-up time. Regardless of the changes in raw materials, it can automatically detect and adjust the process, solve the problem of material waste caused by weight deviation during production, greatly reduce material waste, and save costs.
